The process definitely had some challenges and stressful moments, but Jay stayed committed to getting the deal across the finish line. When issues came up, he continued working to find solutions, remained available, and ultimately got us closed on our new home. At the end of the day, he delivered and my wife and I are grateful for his persistence and hard work. Had an unusual house buying experience. My daughter needed a house due to family changes. She really had no work history so I was part of the loan. Was required to submit more paperwork than any of my other 6 mortgages. But in the end everything worked out. The team worked with us to get us done.
