Went above and beyond expectations
Being a first time homeowner, I did not know what to expect during the mortgage process. Jamari Davis was attentive in responding to my phone calls, emails and questions. The only issue/concern I had was the dissemination of the communication between the mortgage broker and my realtor. Unsure of who was to update/inform me concerning my mortgage appraisal delay with completion. My experience with this lender was not positive. Throughout the homebuying process, communication was inconsistent and unreliable or just nonexistent. Many of my questions as a first‑time buyer went unanswered. I often did not receive returned calls, and the interactions I did have were either not informative or just shockingly rude.
