Awesome and caring!
This was my second colonoscopy and the prep procedures was by far a much better experience than the first. Courtney D. did a wonderful job administering my I.V. (didn't even feel the stick) and really made me feel comfortable educating me through out the entire pre prep and recovery process. She's really a AWESOME genuinely compassionate nurse who showed empathy and provided a great sense of humor making me feel really comfortable. In every phrase of my visit, the entire staff took extra effort to be friendly and warm. I was made to feel very safe and confident as I was assured of the positive outcome by the doctors and other staff who were performing and assisting in the procedure. Recovery was fast and after care by the nursing staff was both understandingly and patiently administered. I left grateful to have had the procedure done and truly satisfied with the whole experience.
