Has no time for patients. My family member has been misinformed and neglected from this office. The staff has confused their case multiple times and reported false information. We are in limbo with no diagnosis and no anticipation to even hear from the doctor. I can elaborate with many ridiculous details of our history over the past year, but will just conclude that our experience with this office has completely drained my faith in the hospitals business and I do not recommend.
This gastroenterology office has gotten so huge, that talking to the actual physician, is nearly impossible. The PA is the one who discusses test results with you, not the physician who charges you for seeing him. And when you have a question, don't expect a return phone call anytime soon. I've been waiting for Dr. Hobley's Physician's Assistant, Brandy, to return my phone call 5 days now. All I seem to ever get is voice mail to leave a message!
