Jim and the staff are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can depend on them to assist my customers in not only achieving the dream of homeownership but also doing it in a way that is affordable for them. I’m speaking from experience because not only has he assisted me with my customers he assisted me with my own personal home loan. I have found that if a person is not ready for immediate qualification he puts them on a plan so that they can be in the near future. Thumbs up!

oh the helpfulness was out standing I know a lot of people are behind the senices helping but I have to give two people a huge amount of credit and that would be Jim iooss and denise . they were so helpful and patient thru the whole process. they are wonderful professionally and personality were so friendly.

Jim is very knowledgeable, and experienced. If you can’t get a loan at first he will guide you in the direction to get there. He is very responsive and even on weekends.
