My sister recommended Jim to us and I quickly found out why. He was always on top of things, patient, and easy to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. From the beginning of the loan process until closing of my house James and his team stayed in constant contact with me. They also let me know where I was in the process and what was going to happen next. They encouraged me to ask any questions if I wanted them to explain any part of the process. Mr loose,ms Dongilli and the rest of the team was there for me whenever I have a question, I can call email anytime and get a response in seconds. No hold on or leave a message and will get back to you. They even offered to pick me up and dropped off documents to me, I was taking the bus. Doing business with them was a breeze, no hassle from start to finish. Just have everything and do what they ask of you in a timely manner and you will be in the house of your dreams in no time

Jim is a true professional and expert of his field; there are no better. He went above and beyond in every aspect of his job saving us money by researching insurance companies fo us and fought to keep our interest rate locked in even with a delayed closing. When we had issues with closing, Jim lent his expertise to make recommendations to the team to guide everyone in the right directed. If I decided to buy another home or have friends that need loans, Jim will be the first person to call.
