Although buying or refinancing a home can be very stressful and frustrating, Mr. Wright was extremely polite, kind, and patient with me during the process.
Mr. Wright made this process great! I will say, penny mac did request documents more that once, on a couple of occasions. That aspect was a bit annoying. Mr. Wright was more than happy to explain why and take care of things. It was a pleasure working with him!
