Not Jamie's fault but I had issues from the start with a different loan officer but it just escalated down.
My closing was delayed because the underwriter was asking for documents I had already provided. Extra documents were requested the night before closing Jamie was very helpful. Aaron was difficult to reach and did not respond to emails. The funding amount was short by $800 so the builder did not release the keys until the evening. The experience was pleasant until the day leading to closing
PennyMac needs to find a new third-party appraisal. As someone who works in the lending industry and deals with desktop appraisals, avms, and physical appraisers I cant believe a company as large as PennyMac continues with this appraisal company. The appraisal process was absolutely filled with friction
You got me what I needed next time please say f. H. A or for get it I am senior citizen 66 sure pennymac give me a mortgage that's nice the house is not senior friendly or handle y cap friendly
Excellent communication and help from Jamie. Always responded promptly to questions and weekly check ins were very nice.

Jamie was awesome! Very personable And was overall a great person to work with. We spoke almost every day because of the complications we were having on my end and he was there every step of the way. He deserves a raise!
The level of service received was excellent as was the communication. I had a wonderful team working on my loan processing. The only hiccup was the VA appraiser which I do not hold against Jamie.
Jamie was there through it all. He answered all my questions, and just went above and beyond with us! ❤️
