Very knowledgeable, they keep in touch with you on a weekly basis till your loan is complete and friendly
My overall experience with you guys was good. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was the initial quote that I got. I was not offered the best rate at the beginning, not until I got a much much better quote from another lender that you guys later matched. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve recommend everyone I know that is in the process of purchasing a home.
Refi - no rush on closing, so the process was smooth and stress free. No complications.

Impressed with the care and speed of processing our request for ReFi. Everyone was considerate of us and patient with us getting our info to them. Very helpful staff and returned our calls quickly. We liked the emails explaining the process.

Everything was smooth with submitting paperwork and weekly updates for the first 3 weeks. Then calls were not returned and I found out my loan application was about to be cancelled for “my lack of communication”- even though I had left various unreturned calls. Fortunately, another staff member and the loan officer were prompt in resolving the misunderstanding and get my loan closed promptly. I’m grateful how the loan closed as expected and very disappointed how close it was to not closing.
