Jamie walked us through the process every step of the way. When I had to extend the closing date due to funds availability, she was helpful in adjusting the date. When I had questions regarding the closing disclosure, she was quick to respond to emails - often within 30 minutes - and asked if I wanted to talk on the phone. She offered multiple options for mortgage rates, and was proactive in helping me do things to boost my credit score so that I could get a better rate. I would highly recommend her.

This was not my first mortgage experience........so I did know a bit of what to expect, however the mortgage industry has changed quite a bit since my last mortgage experience, which was about 5 years ago. Jamie was available almost 24/7 as she would respond to emails after 5, on weekends and holidays.....definitely not what I expected. The other plus was that Jamie "shopped" for my best options without my prompting and was always ahead of the process instead of trying to hurry up and get it done. My husband and I were nervous first time home buyers and Jaime was there for our every need. She did countless spreadsheets for us on the breakdown of houses we were interested in. We wanted to make sure we were living within our means and wouldn't be working just to pay out mortgage. Jaime reassured us with the paperwork every time. She even got us lots of breaks so we only came to closing with our down payment.
