The first time we met Jamie, we had had some difficulty getting financed for a new home. She proved to be kind and compassionate, making us feel like she was completely committed to getting us into a new home-and she did! That was several years and two moves ago but we never forgot her. When we looked to refinance our new home, we called our then current mortgage company that our relocation package set us up with. They were not helpful at all. Jamie remembered us and helped all the way!

The online portal and the ability to use docusign was very convenient and helpful throughout this process, not just because of COVID, but also due to busy schedules. Jamie was very helpful in explaining the process and different rate scenarios. She was very responsive. It was overall a great, quick experience!
