Jamie was awesome. There were some hiccups on my part through the process that made her job harder but she never brought that up. She was excellent to work with as we decided what product was right for us. Assurance's rates were the best I could find nationally. And she was very patient with me. I'm sure she ran numbers for me like 1000 times. I have recommended her to multiple people already that have done refi's with her. I would strongly recommend her.
