When I was shopping for mortgage rates, Jan was the only one of five who actually sent a PDF with a breakdown of rates and costs instead of simply sharing over the phone. It was a level of transparency that was very reassuring and led me to believe that she would be the most professional of the group. I was not disappointed, as my assumptions proved true.
