Ron and I received plenty of emails and docu-sign documents early on and were prepared for our closing. Initially you were wonderful in helping us decide what kind of refinancing would be best for us. Then came all the appropriate documents, We were prepared for our closing. The closing was comfortable and due to COVID-19, I was thrilled we were the only ones in and about the office at the time. The closing documents were all signed and explained to us and we left feeling well taken care of
