Jan and her team were the best mortgage partners we could have asked for. She provided all our options, carefully explained the details of each and then would provide her advice based on our questions. Jan was also incredibly responsive, which is so critical right now in the GA housing market - she supported us getting all our paperwork in order to submit an offer over the weekend.
