The process to finally get a mortgage approval took way too long. We put almost 60% down and had excellent credit, income & investments to cover the $170,000 mortgage. We understood there were many other mortgage applications but feel the process should have only taken a few weeks. We were pleased with all the people we dealt with but felt the overall communication could have been better.
