Jan and her team were great to work with! We are returning customers! We purchased our house earlier this year and because the rates have dropped so low we decided to refi now. We had been in touch with Jan about a refi and she was a great resource to see if a refi was the right decision for us. Before the rates really dropped she suggested that, for our situation, we should wait until the rates fell even lower. When it made sense for us to refi, she was able efficiently process our loan!
