Didn’t feel we had an advocate working on our behalf. Everything was delivered at, “you need this or that. You’re not there yet.” Also, the goal post kept changing. The amount of assets needed kept changing.

When finding an error on the final mortgage documents, I was made to feel that it was my husband’s fault, that he had inputted the valuation wrong, and that bringing it up was impeding the entire process. It was not clearly explained why it would or would not matter and it was clear that they were just trying to push the deal through rather than address my concerns. There was no support after the initial meeting. Once Jan felt she had our business secured, she was reluctant to walk us through documents, loan options, or even answer questions. The consultative approach that made us feel comfortable working with her was quickly swept away. There were multiple mistakes on the loan documents, no effort put into getting us an accurate estimate of what we would be paying, and no explanation of why line items were changing or not matching up with what had already been paid. funny you should ask. In Dec we had a deal worked out with lender #1, our friend worked there. She had a family issue and nobody picked up the pieces to complete the refi. We went to our current lender, but they kept expecting us to go to their website, figure out what was required and when it was due - they kept asking for things, or wanting to charge for items they should already have on file. Then we found you , thanks for making it simple

From day one of this process I had no idea what was going on, what we were waiting on or what needed to happen next, it was like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off. Communication was terrible

There was a lot of confusion about paperwork that was needed from us. We had to Fedex papers several times because the lack of clarity from your staff.
