There was a lot of confusion about paperwork that was needed from us. We had to Fedex papers several times because the lack of clarity from your staff.

The process was uneven. great from the start, then as the process progressed, lack of specific procedures and documentations, somewhat redundant. Unhappy, the loan was sold immediately, felt like we were used as a business transaction to make money, and then washed of all follow-up and "passed" onto a conglomerate. I like to work with people in business and develop a long term relationship. Very disappointed this was not the intention of BankSouth from the beginning.
