Way better than hardware store ball valves These valves are smooth and easy to install. I replaced some old PVC ball valves in my pool plumbing with these and couldn't be more pleased. The locking knob on the top makes it easy to set a position and control flow to various jets.
Excellent product, needs better description Great valve. Smooth and easy operation and well worth the extra money. When installing be sure to dry fit the pipe first as the pipe does not go in as easily as it would a regular PVC joint. When installing rotate the pipe until it bottoms out, and then place the PVC pipe end on a solid surface and push down to ensure the pipe goes all the way in.
