Filter Works very good
Hayward pool filter We have had this same filter for 30 years and it was fabulous. It was time for a new one. The problem with buying it here on Amazon is there’s no support for the product. The local pool stores won’t help you because you didn’t buy it from them so any issue you have installing it you’re on your own.
Install was so easy!!! Comes assembled. Ordered same one I had. Mine was 15+ yrs old and just couldn't take it anymore. Got this one. My life is immensely easier during pool season. Soooo impressed with the performance and filtration. I waited way too long bc I never knew how easy it would be to install. Just me to install. Comes put together. Just hook up the plumbing. I love it!
Well worth the money Using this filter on a Dough Boy above ground pool that has a expandable linear, two return drains in the deep end with two skimmers. Pool is halfway in ground. Was using a sand filter for several years. Sand was going into the pool so decided to switch to earth filter. 24 hours after setting up filter pool is crystal clear. No more need for back washing, along with lost of wate. Extremely happy I made the switch to the earth filter.
Your pool will be crystal clear! I have used this filter for two months now and I am impressed! Normal use is very simple just bump the handle once in a while when the pressure goes up. The once a month cleaning is hard to figure out but once you do it only takes 5 minutes. As a result your pool will be crystal clear all the time! All I can say is it cuts down on my monthly expenses (since it doesn't require earth), my pool guy loves it, just hoping it lasts as long as the previous one.
