Good Light - Questionable Reseller Original product box had been opened, and re-taped. Inspection revealed medium sized dent in the light can. I tested the light and it worked fine. This was for my own use, and we had people coming over, so I decided to install the damaged light instead of returning. The light works fine, just disappointing to pay >$300 for a “new” light that had likely been returned by another customer due to damage.
Garbage This fixture blew out as soon as i turned it on once…completely sealed…dont buy…buy an LED instead
I want to return it after 2 days if use , it’s not working and full of water and bulb is blown I want a new one or a refund, it’s leaks water and bulb is blown after 2 days in the water
Not worth buying This light o my lasted a few months. I paid for the light and installation and now it’s filled with water. I wasted $300 to now have to purchase another one from a pool company and for installation again. The light was never tampered with or open. We too it straight from the packing to get it installed. Unbelievable!
Installed myself - works great! I had watched videos on youtube on installation of pool lights, and was able to successfully install myself. Luckily, where the wires come out on the other end was only a few feet away from the pool, making it easier. I replaced the bulb with an LED one also from Amazon (LINK BELOW) , since I wanted a longer-life, lower-energy-consumption bulb that I wouldn't have to replace for quite a while. Lightbulb doesn't work Bought this light fixture after having pool re-plastered/re-tiled. Install of fixture went fine until we turned the light switch on....and no light. Checked everything (connection/installation in pool, switch) and finally determined it was the lightbulb. Our old lightbulb still worked so we tried it in the new fixture, and voila, we had light! The cord was short bye 20’ I needed a 30’ cord so I ordered a 50’It’s only 30’ , although it works I have no room to remove the light and change the bulb . I will . I will be able to change the bulb but it won’t be easy as I’ll have to connect a line and pull a few feet back into the pool in order to raise the light out of the water
Damaged light bulb Both lights had a damaged light bulb ending up buying at my own expense a new light bulb at a pool supply store
1.0 out of 5 stars Leaks then fails - $$$ garbage Lasted just over two years absolute joke of a product. Difficult to replace and I don't trust the housing wont fail again so will need to wire another light vs spend $700 on a replacement LED.
