Love Aqualink products. Have had no trouble with them.
The iQ20 is a wonderful product. It's easy to set up and to upgrade as well. My favorite aspect is that I can be logged on at the same time as my customer and can walk them through operation, step by step, when they have a question and I'm not available to stop by.
Love it! Easy to use. Customers are very happy and understand it easily.

This system is amazing. It does all I need it to do and more. Programming of all functions (lights, motors, spa, freeze protect). All in One!
