Junk! Useless after 4 weeks of use. Ordered 19 May 2026. I was excited become the cost and reviews. Plugged it in for the pool 28 May 2026. Last night 23 Jun 2026. Stopped working. Plugged it in 3 different outlets to see if it was my outlet and nothing. Tried to return it and says that the item is not returnable even after ony 4 weeks of use new out of box $200 of my hard earned money down the drain. Not trust this company anymore ★☆☆☆☆I ordered a Doheny’s 1 HP Above Ground Pool Pump because I have an above-ground pool. Instead, Doheny’s shipped a Doheny’s Pool Pro Plus 1.5 HP pump designed for in-ground pools.The fact that the replacement may have been more powerful or more expensive is irrelevant—it was not the product I ordered and was not appropriate for my pool setup. Only lasted one season Price is right, but you get what you pay for. Lasted one season. Worked all last season, and second week running this year makes a high pitch noise and keeps tripping the breaker.
Junk Just over 30 days, pump quit working. "NOT sold by Amazon" so don't expect any help. Stick with a Hayward pump, not worth the "savings".
Do not waste your money Do not waste your money! While it lasted for two years, it went out right after the extended warranty we purchased expired.
Terrible pump Terrible. Worked about 6 months at 6 hours runtime per day and died. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Stopped working af6er 2 months I had this pump previously for 4 seasons it died and just bought another . I recieved the pump on June 11 installed on June 15 and it worked great until today Aug 19 dead all the way dead. Waiting to hear back ..... ugh
