Fixed my issue and saved me a service call. My system was three years old. I had my cell cleaned and was getting a 125 code. I suspected that the cell was used up so I ordered this cell as it is a direct replacement. It arrived well packaged and still sealed in the factory box. I did a direct swap of just the cell. Powered everything back up and now it is running great. If you have a PLC700 this is direct factory replacement.
Flimsy Poor quality , didn’t work out well. I sent it back.
Not practical as splashes everywhere. Be smart and don’t buy. If u want to be splattered, then get this frother. Strongly dislike.
Too powerful I typically use this for my coffee or to mix in my protein. It was too fast and powerful for what I needed it for as it would spill out of the cup when I used it. I ended up returning it.
I do NOT recommend The media could not be loaded. A hot mess!!! It doesn’t froth it just makes bubbles that go back down to nothing.
Total Waste of Time and Money - Will Be Returning I'd give it 0 stars if possible! Will be returning it as the wands (both of them) fall out immediately when the unit is turned on. I've followed the instructions exactly and when pushed into the power unit firmly and at the depth indicated, they just drop out of the power unit. Can't understand the positive reviews on this. Was really looking forward to this.

Not good for stirring It’s way too powerful for coffee stirring and cold foam. It just blasts the milk right out of the cup, should have a slower option!
