Don't buy for making lattes Don't bother. This is not for typical milk frothing unless you want it to go everywhere . I bought this for making lattes. Too powerful and not a low enough speed. It's worthless as a milk frother.
Hard to insert/remove whisk attachments It works and has strong power, but the whisk attatchments are so difficult to remove/insert. I like the mudwtr brand much more.
Does NOT froth Does not froth at all. I tried with milk, cream, half and half. Zero frothing, just a few bubbles added.
Too strong This frother is “too powerful” that it doesn’t create a nice foamy froth. It creates large bubbles and slings milk everywhere.
1.0 out of 5 stars Defective The salt cell I received was missing a metal prong for the wire connection. There should have been three, instead there were two. Also, as another customer reported, the caps at end of the cell were screwed on extremely tight. So I returned the cell.
Not worth the money. If you are stuck with jandy, this is a good replacement. I would stay as far away as possible from this system. If you get two years without issue consider yourself lucky. Year 3 it was the sensor l, year 4 the circuit board and year 5 the entire cell. So about $800 for 5 years of operation, plus the cost of the initial system and salt.
Shipped from manufacturer. Exact replacement for worn out cell. Shipped directly from the manufacturer at a much better price than I can get from my pool installer. My last cell lasted five years, hope this one does too.
