Janelle did a terrific job on our loan - she gave us lots of options, laying out the pros and cons of a 5-year, 15-year and 30-year loans. On her advice, ultimately we did a 5-year refi, and it turned out to be a great decision Her fees were very reasonable considering the level of service she provided. You can count on Janelle to get you the best deal out there! I recommend her highly!
We used Janelle for our home purchase and then recently to refinance. She is amazing to work with. She does what she say, and guides you every step of the way. Both of these mortgage transactions have easily been the two best I have ever experienced (and I have had 3 homes and two refinances previous to this).
