Janice was open about how every process of the loan worked, kind, animated, personable, and very easy to talk to. She would reiterate answers to questions and explain any concerns we had! Janice King did an excellent job. She answered all of our questions very quickly. My only thoughts were that it took longer than I expected and how much financial information was needed for a REFI, but I guess it is what it is and it all ended well. Thanks for all the help.

Honestly one of the hardest loan experiences I have ever had . As in text messages or even an email the intention, words , meaning etc can be taken wrong or not understandable. Especially using banking terms and expect someone who is not a banker to know what they are talking about Not talking in person over the phone is not a good start and to not be able to call when needed has made this the most difficult loan I have ever had i did attemot to call a few times but would inly get a text from her that she was in a meetin... read more
