Did not give us updates in a timely manner
I've had the worst experience I've ever encountered while working with Janice. I have bought several homes and she made the entire process 10x more stressful than I've ever experienced before. There were numerous times I seriously considered pulling out of it because of her. I had to make calls to her manager, who was able to help me a bit, but she was horrible. Not well organized. Continually failed to include my agent.
45 day loan took over 90+ days. Lots of lies about when I would have approvals. Lack of communication. Lack of priority. Lack of competency for the process. Fourth home purchase that was nothing short of awful.
The communication was terrible. We wouldn’t be told that things were due until a couple days before closing which caused multiple extensions and almost cost us the house.
Janice was not very professional or helpful during our first process of purchasing a home. She would not respond to us, did not communicate when documents were necessary that almost led to us losing our house, and when she did communicate, she was not friendly or helpful. Any issues we had, she seemed to blame us despite us frequently being unable to reach her to ask what other documents were necessary. We were fortunate to have an excellent relator who was able to find ways to ensure we got the property.
Poor communication and countless delays! It was ridiculous! Getting answers to our questions that we could understand was next to impossible, which only compounded our stress. After three months of jumping through hoops numerous times, we closed. Not a positive experience at all, unfortunately.
Everything started out great at first. Janice was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing until closing came. Then things went to hell in a hand basket. We were supposed to close up on the 30th of December, that day came and went. It took another 3 weeks before we finally closed, things did not go smoothly.
