I used Jason back in 2011 and then again this past May. Both times he really took the stress out of the whole process. We didn't have to interview any banks; he took care of it all. I had so many questions, but he was patient and answered all of them. Hopefully I don't have to use him again, but if I do, he is my go-to.

Jason and Guaranteed Rate were excellent. Helped guide us through all the turmoil associated with getting a mortgage. We we're not experienced with getting a loan and big commitment. Jason and his team made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions.

We find Jason through the Homes for Heroes program. He was very quick to call us after we requested information and has been very quick to answer and and all questions we've had through the process. Even after closing Jason has contacted us to make sure everything had been going well and along if we need any additional help or info. I would highly recommend him for any home buying needs.
