We cannot thank Jason enough for everything he did to help us buy our perfect house! Buying a house is extremely stressful and Jason could not have been more helpful and responsive, he was there for us regardless of the time of day or even on vacation. Throughout the ups and downs of the process of buying a house one thing remained positive and consistent and that was Jason and his team!

Jason was very easy to work with. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. Being local it made things easier as well. As first time homebuyers he did not make us feel foolish asking a lot of questions.

Jason was EXCELLENT! He helped us make the numbers work even with an average credit score and this being our second home purchase. He answered our inquires at all times of the day/night and we were both reassured of the progressing stages of the loan process each time. Jason worked with us through multiple offers and finally on the closing of our house. Jason could not have made our experience any better. We knew we were working under a tight timeframe with a 30 day close, but Jason kept us up to date throughout the entire process so that we were never guessing on what was getting done. During the last few days prior to closing Jason worked extremely hard to get everything done and get us to closing on time! I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a lender. He is so professional, organized and knows his stuff when it comes to the mortgage business.
