Jason was very prompt with response to all our questions, and extremely courteous! Would highly recommend! Very detailed and walked us through every aspect of the necessary paperwork for our loan. We even got to close earlier than we projected.

I did a refi with Atlantic Bay Mortgage and used Jason Bialek, in Salem Virginia. My house is a smaller style brick ranch in Roanoke City. He saved me so much money it is incredible. My rate went down to a 4.0 from a 6.5. This is literally going to save me tens of thousands of dollars. My house payment went from 1100 per month to 795, without really adding all that much to the cost of the loan. It was such a simple process and Jason was able to answer all my questions. This gentleman seems knowledable, but is very hasty. He did not make us feel welcomed and rushed through the pre-approval process. Maybe it was a bad day, but he was not very friendly over the phone, either.
