Since the interest rates were lower, I was looking to refianace my current mortgage to a lower rate. I contacted Jason at Guaranteed Rate. The process was very easy for me, any questions I had, Jason was always available to answer them. I live out of state, so the process to download files and send directly made the process easier. The enitre process was like 3 weeks and seamless. Even after the closing I had to contact Jason with a question, he was available and took care of me.

Jason and his team are very approachable and easy to work with. They work hard to make my dream possible to purchase a house. When it comes to processing the team was easy to reach and responding me fast. I never thought that the process was faster than I expected. I met Jason, the same day I viewed my home. Our real estate agent referred us to him, and as a first time buyer, it was a great decision to meet with him and talk about options, some options I didn't even know about. Jason was very nice and very informative throughout the whole process.
