So easy and painless to go through the loan application process with such friendly, professional people. Jason helped my fiance and I buy our first house. We were new to this process and Jason and Will were extremely helpful and walked us through the situation and helped explain each step along the way. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and either Jason or Will was always available to answer any questions that popped up.

Since the interest rates were lower, I was looking to refianace my current mortgage to a lower rate. I contacted Jason at Guaranteed Rate. The process was very easy for me, any questions I had, Jason was always available to answer them. I live out of state, so the process to download files and send directly made the process easier. The enitre process was like 3 weeks and seamless. Even after the closing I had to contact Jason with a question, he was available and took care of me.
