This was my first time buying a home and I didn't know much about the process, but Jason and the team at Guaranteed Rate were great! They made the entire process fairly easy and were happy to help and responded promptly to any questions I had.

Jason helped my fiance and I buy our first house. We were new to this process and Jason and Will were extremely helpful and walked us through the situation and helped explain each step along the way. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and either Jason or Will was always available to answer any questions that popped up.

Since the interest rates were lower, I was looking to refianace my current mortgage to a lower rate. I contacted Jason at Guaranteed Rate. The process was very easy for me, any questions I had, Jason was always available to answer them. I live out of state, so the process to download files and send directly made the process easier. The enitre process was like 3 weeks and seamless. Even after the closing I had to contact Jason with a question, he was available and took care of me.

Jason and his team are very approachable and easy to work with. They work hard to make my dream possible to purchase a house. When it comes to processing the team was easy to reach and responding me fast. I never thought that the process was faster than I expected. We were so nervous going into this experiance, but, have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been, that is only because of how well they have worked with us, we have mainly worked with Will Blaylock, but, the whole team has been phenomenal.
