Dr Emer is extremely knowledgeable and his bedside manner is almost as as outstanding as his technique an artful manner in the procedures that he conducts. In addition, the staff was friendly from the time you first call them, to the moment you walk in the office, till the moment you leave, every single staff person was smiling and very accommodating. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the world!
My initial contact with the concierge department was so informative, the staff very professional and super caring. I intend to recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Emer and staff are amazing. They answered all my concers and questions and would definitely come back and refer all my friends and family.
I went in there nervous and shy and not knowing how to tell him about what I wanted done. But once I met with them they made me feel very comfortable, and any other questions I had they were very helpful and had the answer for it. Thank you so much and I'll see you guys soon.

The staff were very courteous and professional and Doctor Emer and Nurse Matthew were very compassionate and caring.
I was made to feel welcome at every turn. Dr. Emer was "present" and focused. The follow-up with Matthew and Brittany was both informative and helpful.
Well I wish that Dr. Jason Emer's office would give the clients an option to fill out the patient paper work at home. I've been to other plastic surgeons offices and they would have an option to have the patient paper emailed so that way I can be seen right away and everything would be set instead of me waiting in the office. Also, and this is a big major part, I wish for Dr. Emer and the rest of the consultants to stop up selling me different procedures - I came in with one goal in mind and I feel like they were trying to ... read more
