40s and doing maintenance for aging I had a great experience visiting Dr Emer. I love that he is unafraid to think outside the box, and is meticulous with his work. On this visit, Dr Emer treated me with a variety of fillers and Dysport. He was attentive to my concerns and gave me a plan that we would follow moving forward. I won't lie and say the injectables didn't hurt... they did, but you do get numbed, and a little massage for the most painful spots.... just remember -no pain, no gain. Subcision filler and microneedling does not work for scars This doctor recommended subcision with filler and microneedling for my facial scar, like he does on almost all of the scar postings on realself. I have a deep atrophic scar on my face caused from an accident. I tried these treadments and got zero improvement. I can't believe this garbage is being advertised to improve scars. My scar looks no different. The only thing that is smaller is my wallet. Save your money instead of funding these doctors' lavish vacations.
Office review: Tried to schedule an appointment - Fort Riley, KS I called to make an appointment but I was told the lady that could make it was not there. I was told I would get a call back but nothing! I called early in the morning during business hours so I should have gotten a call back by the afternoon. Not sure if they called at all the next day... Just trying to better things for future patients. I found another great Doctor though with $700 bellafill injections, it was all for the best I guess.
Office Review - Poor Staff Follow Up and Organization Very poor office organization and staff. I called to schedule a consultation and, being out of state client, asked and was confirmed specific dates so I can fly in for consultation. Not once but twice my consultation was bumped last minute and I had to reschedule all of my travel arrangements. Goodbye Under Eye Bags! - Roxbury Institute, CA Dr. Emer, my dermatologist who does lasers, fillers, liposuction (and much more), injected my under eye area with belotero about a month ago and I love it! I was hoping to improve my under eye "tired" look. The injections were pretty much painless and I could see the change immediately. I no longer had bags under my eyes! Tca Cross and Fraxel. Los Angeles, CA Ice pick and box car scarring on cheeks only. In the past I had derma pen ( increased scars), pumpkin peel, microdermabrasion...
