Jason Evans at Rate was very good. He had quick communications and got us the forms and information we needed. When we had a question he explained it thoroughly. I didnt like the cost of the online tools fee. I thought it was high. I got a better closing cost rate through another broker but I still went with rate as we were far along and Jason was very quick compared with other agents. I had trouble downloading forms after we signed them through the rate website.
