Overally Guaranteed Rate was really smooth to work with during the closing process. The rates they offered us up front were ultimately nothing near what they were able to come down to after we shopped, so that felt somewhat disingenuous. But I understand it's a business. Overall our experience was very good and we were glad they matched the rates we were offered elsewhere. The team was great throughout closing.
