I can't say enough amazing things about Jason and his team. I'll shout it from the rooftops. We have closed many times on other properties, but this experience was the most difficult and Jason + team navigated it so well. They made this process so easy. This is the second time we have used Jason and his team. Jason and his team were great to work with. They were informative and organized. He was timely in delivering documents and requesting what was needed for the mortgage process. Our closing was so smooth and quick all because of how he prepared us for the closing. We've been through the mortgage and refinance process three times now, and our mortgage with Guaranteed Rate was by far the fastest and smoothest. We were preapproved on the same day, and then provided a complete list of exactly what we needed to secure the loan itself, without having to scramble to supply last-minute documents. The team was also extremely responsive to any questions we had.
