The best compliment I can pay to Guaranteed Rate (GR) is that I am a repeat customer. Had two refinances as well as a purchase) and I worked with two teams (one led by Paul Zgalich and the other led by Jason Griesser). Paul, Jason, and their teams did a great job amidst a very busy year of financing. The application process was very easy and reasonable. Their communications were timely and kept me apprised of the process every step of the way. The closing processes proceeded very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Jason and his team put together a mortgage (great rate and low fees!) in a matter of days when conventional banks would not touch us (great credit/retired/no income/living off savings) and we had all but given up. They are fabulous to work with, very responsive, and no hassle. We are so thankful that our agent, turned us on to them. Highly recommend.

I was a first time home buyer and had a ton concerns and questions. Jason and his team were always available to answer questions that I had anytime of the day. The process was very quick and everything went smooth. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team to anyone of my friends looking for investors. They seem like they genuinely care about getting you the loan you need.

Not only are his rates superior to those other lenders, including my own bank, have quoted me, but his process is efficient and streamlined. Jason has assembled a great team, who communicate in a clear and timely manner, and make the entore financing process simple. My highest recommendations.

Jason and his team were always happy to respond to whatever silly questions this first time home buyer had throughout the process. They always, always responded to my inquiries within a day even if it were the weekend. Jason himself showed an incredible amount of knowledge and understanding of what I was going through and helped me work out the anxiety I felt about making such a big purchase. Highly recommend!
