We got a nice home buying experience with Jason Mata of American Pacific Mortgage. He’s very knowledgeable of what he’s doing and also, very helpful to us. Though it was tedious, overwhelming and stressful completing all the requirements in buying a house, his team was always there patiently assisting us, making sure that we’ll be able to reach our goal of buying a home that we love.
Jason was so helpful and informative it was our first time buying a home and he made it so simple and transparent. Even when there were some discrepancies In reporting or somethng unexpected occurred he was commutative and prompt. Honestly he takes the headache out of home buying for sure , I will defiantly go to him for and new home purchase or refinance for sure thanks so much Jason!
