Needed the communication piece to be much better. I thought the app where all of the paperwork was good, but when something didnt go through and needed more information there was very little communication. I had to follow up several times to find out what was going on. I understand my loan had some hurdles-but it was never communicated to me until I reached out several times after long periods of time what those hurdles were. Much better communication about additional costs, 30 day closing turned into almost 3 months, again it was very difficult to speak with Jason, overall we would not do it again.

The process that should’ve taken 30 days took almost 4 months

The first appraisal person did not show on time. He was supposed to be at my house at 10. At 1015 the company called and said they had a flat tire. Left me wondering. The2nd person who came later had equipment that stopped working. My advice for Jason is just follow up with the person after closing to make sure all funds were received and everything went smoothly.

I do appreciate the work that was done. The process took a long while, the lady getting papers together was argumentative when we gave her everything asked for on more than one occasion, sometimes conversations with staff felt pushy or rude and mainly the last esigned document on the mortgage loan was not accurate when we signed the in person paperwork, numbers were higher than on the one we esigned. I don't wish to be called about it.. we went ahead and signed and it's done.

I wish I was aware of all of the fees before the end of the loan. An estimate at the beginning would have been nice. If I ever get another loan, I’ll request so I can compare to other lenders.
