Better communication on the process. He passes us to deal with Lisa who was dismisses and did not answer our questions and that created mistakes. When we call him, he will call us, but the answers were vague as he was waiting on Lisa who never answered one of our calls back.

You lied, Jason, about not receiving my documents. I mailed them to you while you argued that it would be OK to text them to you. When in fact, it was quicker to mail them to you which took 2 days for you to get them intact and only 86 cents for me to send them to you. You received them last week. You did not try to reach me to tell me that I gave you the wrong name of the Insurance company on my house. Things went great at first but then there was a time were things got stressful for me when they asked for documents and then when I sent, the documents weren't what they wanted. They should have been more specific.

The Refinance took 3 1/2 months to complete, mostly waiting for the Appraisal company to do their job. Weeks and weeks would go by and no word from anybody, totally unsatisfactory!

The loan is still not correct. It seems that it has fallen through the crack. I am tired of having to push people to do their jobs! I sent some emails this morning in hopes of moving forward! Tim Hughes

Three reasons, first we had to resend several payoff documents that I sent already. Second, I'm getting phone calls from lenders that were supposed to be paid off already and last, we were supposed to close by June 1st, but didn't and that cost us $400+ in mortgage interest that left us short the money we needed to pay off the credit card!

It took too long. Too many different people emailing us asking for the exact information we had already sent in several times to different people. They are not communicating very well with each other. Very polite but just not following up very well. They sell/transfer loan immediately so your never really clear who will actually service your loan. I would go with another company if had to do it over again.
