Closing was delayed, appraisal was ordered 3+ weeks after we entered contract, communication was below expectations. Phone calls were returned only with emails if at all. I understand the LO was on vacation for a week, no issues with that, but the assigned Kassandra also did not return calls or emails. I felt like I had to drag it to the finish line.
