There were some confusing aspects of the process. Including the way communications were sent. certainly some points of frustration. an improvement opportunity would have been to explain somethings more, e.g. Xacta. I imagine this may have been buried in a document I signed but getting a call from a third party was very confusing not to mention they told me things were complete and sent back to Keller Williams but wheb when asked I was told by Keller they were stil... read more
