Not necessarily with Jason, but poor communication from Abby. Too many "problems" popping up in the last couple of days before closing. She was very hard for our insurance agent to deal with as well. Have purchased a number of houses in the past, and this was the most stressful for us, by far. Hard to understand as my wife and I both have 820+ credit and a good amount of money in retirement and savings..confused as to why so difficult.

There were some confusing aspects of the process. Including the way communications were sent. certainly some points of frustration. an improvement opportunity would have been to explain somethings more, e.g. Xacta. I imagine this may have been buried in a document I signed but getting a call from a third party was very confusing not to mention they told me things were complete and sent back to Keller Williams but wheb when asked I was told by Keller they were still pending.
