There was ZERO communication between you and the Title Company just prior to closing and ON closing day! You didn't reply to numerous emails and calls left by the Title Company. You also didn't reply to my call on closing day even after I left you a VM. You weren't ready to close on the scheduled closing day and 2 extensions were needed. The service was horrible!!

lack of communication is a big part ,sending emails to be filled out with no explanation on what was needed to be filled out ,this is not something that clients do everyday ,so communication on what is needed will help
