Although the problem we originally contacted Jason about was resolved, we are still having faucet problems I.e. the faucet water doesn’t stop when we put it off and it is difficult to switch from spray to flow. We have sent Jason an email regarding these two problems and we are waiting for a response

Communication not so great, needs to communication better, everything is very new to home buyers, specially if it’s your first time, There was so much to ask, and there really wasn’t a answer till way after the fact, He did help me purchase a house I am grateful for that. But most of the times I was lost I wasn’t kept up-to-date at all times .

As as first time home buyer I felt rushed with my home purchase and also felt as though it was more about getting as much as you could in closing fees. When I was finally told the cost of the fees I asked why so much especially since I already put $2000 down. Rudely I was asked how much did I expect to pay I explained my relative who is also a Veteran only paid $2000 towards her closing cost. I ended up paying $5400 and receivef a $2000 credit on a $7400 closing cost. I felt this was outrageous

I think it is inappropriate to be selecting files for audit the day before closing and jeopardizing real estate contracts on files that are clean and complete. This was a terrible purchasing experience for me on what should have been a great day. I highly recommend reconsidering the timing of your internal audit procedures be changed to evaluate files further from closing. Jason was pleasant but the experience was horrible and something is clearly wrong with this kind of customer experience.
