Jason is one of the most responsive professionals I've worked with in any industry. A large reason we won the bid for our property was due to Jason's reputation and ability to close in less than three weeks! During our buying process Jason was right there with us, providing pre-approvals and updated figures for each house we went to, regardless of the time of day. We were assigned to Jason - apparently due to his familiarity with the building in which we were buying a unit. We only ended up with him (and GR) after being put through heck (no profanity!) for months by the original lender we were going through. I got his referral from a friend, for my first home purchase. Gave him a call and he was very easy to talk too.
