Jason was courteous, down-to-earth and an EXPERT about mortgage transactions! He was always available for our anxious calls to talk through financial strategies when we were in the current hot housing market. His advice was invaluable and went way beyond the average mortgage person's knowledge. He is a pro and we couldn't have bought our dream home without him! He made everything so easy and predictable - absolutely no surprises and we closed ON TIME. I wish I could give him MORE than 5 stars!

September 2016 was my second time working Jason Sculos and Guaranteed Rate. Both times the entire process could not have been smoother. The first time was the fall of 2015 when I was purchasing a newly constructed condo. Jason picked up the phone when I called. He walked me through pre-qualification then the mortgage process. Jason was extremely knowledgeable of the process, so I always knew what to expect and what documents I would need in a timely manner. As a recent widow who had never applied for a mortgage on my own, Jason was very helpful and always available when I had a question.

My fiancé and I were looking to build our first home together and Jason was kind enough to answer all of our questions and educate us on the new home buying process.
