Rewriting this review: Jay Hatfield is a very good institution in a lot of ways, good, competent salesmen who are cordial (mine in this case was Adam). Good clean facilities and the buying process is easy and quick. My issues were that upon buying the vehicle of my choice and willingly allowing the salesman to anchor the value of a vehicle from 8000 to entice me to a 10000+ value which didn't bother me because I really liked the vehicle I found shortly after buying that the check engine light and had me pay them $600+ doll... read more
