Chris Taylor in the service department went above and beyond to help get our truck recall and warranty work done. He called frequently to keep us updated and was very thorough explaining what they was doing and a time frame on how long it would take. If something changed he would called and let us know immediately. We have never been treated so good as we were by Chris at Jay Hodge. We will continue to do business here because our experience was like no other!!

Drove six hours to get a vehicle from these guys and I have to say this probably has been the easiest and quickest process of buying a car they had us in and out and didn’t try to add on a bunch of extra b.s bunch of great people at this dealer I’ll definitely be back . I told them what I wanted on my trade in and They didn’t give me the response that most the other dealers did which was they couldn’t offer what I was asking Jay hodge made it work with no questions asked

I found my vehicle online and called the dealership. I talked with Casey, he sent me pictures of everything including the imperfections on the vehicle, made a plan with me on how we could fix things and I drove down from OK and bought the vehicle the same day without any issues. I had a great experience and would 10/10 recommend going here to buy your next vehicle!
